My Irish Dance journey started when I was six years old and I have assisted my teacher in teaching it since I was ten. This passion started at a young age way before six. As young as three years old, I would make my parents watch all the Irish dance schools perform at a Scottish-Irish festival in my hometown. From six years old up until I was 21 years old, I danced with Pride of Erin School of Irish Dance back home in Pennsylvania. At this school, I was blessed to be taught by an amazing Irish Dance teacher, Beth Timoney, who encouraged fun, friendship, dance, and the Irish spirit. She was an incredible role model for me to watch and learn from so I can now start my own school two states away. My dream for this school is to spread the same fun, friendship, dance, and Irish spirit to the community around us.
